Know the cost before we begin.

You'll know the full cost before any work starts, there's no surprise bill after, and payment takes seconds at the desk.

“You deserve to hear the price from a person, not a piece of paper.”

We answer to you, not a network.

We talk about money the way we talk about teeth — plainly, and before it becomes a problem.

We'll walk through your treatment plan together until it makes sense. Because we're fee-for-service, our fees answer to no insurance network's schedule, only to what honest care actually costs.

If you carry a PPO plan, we file the claim for you as a courtesy. Most plans will reimburse us directly and we only collect your copay at the time of the visit. If a treatment can wait, or be phased across a few visits to fit your budget, we'll say so. That's a conversation, not a sales pitch.

Three ways to pay.

Whichever you choose, the total is the one we agreed on.

Credit, cash & check

All major credit cards, cash, and personal checks — due at the time of service.

Most common

HSA & FSA

Use pre-tax health savings and flexible spending accounts for both preventive cleanings and restorative work.

Insurance

Have a PPO plan? We file the claim for you as a courtesy. Most plans reimburse us directly, so we typically only collect your copay at the visit.

We file for you

What happens when you come in.

Step 1

We check your coverage

Before we plan anything, we sort out what your plan does and doesn't cover.

Reach us by text, email, or phone — we'll have an answer before your appointment.

Step 2

We confirm the cost

We review the final number and walk through it with you. No work begins until it's clear.

Questions welcome. If phasing treatment across visits makes sense for your budget, we work that out here — before anything starts.

Step 3

You pay, we get to work.

Settle up with whichever method works for you (card, cash, HSA, or FSA) and we start right then.

Every plan pays differently. We'll give you our best read on coverage before work begins — your insurer has the final say, but you won't go in blind.

Billing, answered.

Do you take my insurance?

We're a fee-for-service practice, so we don't contract with insurance networks. If you have a PPO plan, we file your claim for you and, in most cases, we only collect your copay. Share your plan details and we'll handle the paperwork.

Do you take Delta Dental PPO or Premier insurance?

We're not a contracted Delta Dental provider, but we'll file your claim just like we do for any other plan. The one difference: Delta Dental's policy is to reimburse you directly rather than us, so we collect payment at your visit and your reimbursement comes from Delta Dental afterward.

When is payment due?

At the time of service. We will have reviewed your costs well before then, so nothing about the total comes as a surprise. If a larger treatment needs phasing across visits, we'll set that out in advance too.

What if I have no insurance at all?

That's common here, and it's simple. You'll get the same walkthrough of the costs and the same fees, plus the option to phase larger treatment across visits if that helps.
